The artist

Anny Miranda Paraguassú is a Brazilian artist, born in Vitoria da Conquista, Bahia, who lived part of her youth in Salvador and is now based in Lille, France.

She has a degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Visual Sciences and Cultures and is currently studying for a second part of her Master's degree in Document Engineering, Editing and Multimedia Media in Lille, France.

Born in 1997, Anny had the dream since she was a little girl to become a plastic artist. For years, she followed this dream as a hobby and today she fulfills it professionally.

The desire to create is what drives her and the world is her inspiration. Passionate about nature, with a strong connection to the sea, she wants to convey through her paintings the beauty and power of nature.

From her meticulous and attentive look at the small details of grains of sand on the beach to her fascination with the majestic size of whales, she represents them as a way to exalt them and to show them the world and create connections with people through art.
